Good for you! I could care less what your company does as far as notifying their customers of policy changes. And you were not here on this post before many of the posts here that were spam, were removed. You didn't get to see who was here looking for a "fight". All I and others here were doing was pointing out the flaws about the subject at hand. Instead of getting a useful response, we were bombarded with threats and insults. I have seen many of those posts removed from this forum. So you do not have the full picture here. But yet you decided that I am looking for a fight. Not true. On the other hand, posting comments about someone here without first reading the posts, starting at page one, or having the full picture isn't helpful either. Also, not every company in existance conducts their buisness on the internet. Those companies, such as mine, notifies customers of such changes via U.S. postal service. In my case, ALL terms and Conditions are printed on EVERY receipt and on EVERY news letter my company sends out. Perhaps the last post I made regarding that was not worded correctly. I accept that. And you must know by now that not ALL companies notify customers of those changes. It is their choice. What wall??!?? If people come here, notice they can get help, they can contact the person helping. How am I or anyone else for that matter, keeping them from doing so?? The user helping people has posted the contact info for those people. I am not telling them not to contact them. I was not spamming this forum in the past, trying to hide negative comments about the company this forum is dealing with. The user that is helping people and I have agreed to a cease fire on our past disagreements because it was hampering the efforts of that user to help. I am not here to fight anyone. But when a post is made, like yours, by someone that either doesn't have the entire truth, or has not read the previous posts made, I will comment back.
Answer this, Let's pretend that you found this site after you felt wronged by the company. You then start reading the posts made here. Then you come across the posts from the user saying that they are here to help. They posted the information that you would need to contact them and said they can help with a refund. After reading that information, WHAT posts of mine are preventing you from contacting that user for help??!!!?? WHICH ONE??? If you wanted help, you would contact that person. Not me. It would not matter what ANY other user posted here. You have the information you need to pursue a refund. No other comment would have any impact on that.
