So, why the moniker? If you truly are a representative of the company, as you claim, why not use your real name and contact info? After all you just want to help people get refunds that the company's customer service department, for some strange reason, cannot manage to handle; but magically can only be done here.
Company reps don't come on Scam.com to do business providing refunds, and hide behind an anonymous moniker. As for me PMing those who have claimed you helped them here, how is that going to prove anything? Of course they are going to say you helped them get a refund. They have already said it on this forum. But that does not make them real, and their story real. If being a moron means that I am to believe this pap that has been presented here as true without real disclosure, then I am a moron.
Want to prove me wrong, then give your name, title, company telephone number where YOU can be reached, and your company E-mail address. For if you don't, then why should anyone believe you? I mean you can prove you do work for Google Money Tree, and have a real title and contact information. Right?
