Easytofixthis' help is appreciated. Though I contacted my credit card company and they refunded my money pending investigation. I explained that I did not authorize the 72.21 amount which I believe I did not.
I noticed that after I posted my first post and became hostile, they have changed their refund policy as of 2/10/09.I find this a bit curious simply because they were adamant about the fact that I was not eligible to any type of refund after the 7 day period no matter how much I called and complained and I was not going to be able to speak to any supervisors. Unlike so many other companies it is not 7 business days it is 7 actual days which I think they realized is not enough time for anyone to look at the program nor get the CD. I wonder if the FTC got involved. I don't believe it is a scam neccessarily I did believe the previous policy and attitude of the customer service reps was very bad business practice however. I am not sure how they expect to spread a good name for themselves with the way they were doing things. Maybe that's why it was changed.
